I ordered flowers for my uncle's funeral in December 2018 through Legacy.com. A month later, I found out through family members that the flowers never arrived.

I spent hours this week, trying to figure out why. Why was my order accepted? Why did you charge for them even though you didn't deliver them? Why do you take advantage of people, especially when It is a funeral.

Finally, WHY didn't anyone contact me to let me know what happened. I did speak with Legacy.com. They were apologetic and reimbursed me for the flowers. Here's what I found out about Blooms Today.

They found a florist 30 minutes away from the funeral home to fufill the order. Greenville Floral of Greenville Michigan accepted the order, confirmed the order was fulfilled, but neither made nor delivered the arrangement to the funeral home or church. I still don't know how this happened and unfortunately, will never get an honest answer. Please understand, You only have one chance to make this happen and if there is a mistake, do the right thing and own up to it.

After reading the reviews, it seems this keeps happening to people.

Please fix the the problem and if you can't do that, then do the right thing and stop selling flowers and funeral arrangement that you can't guarantee will be delivered. Keep in mind, some people will never know if their flowers were even delivered.

Who knows, maybe all of the above! The thing is you don't get a second chance to send flower's to a funeral.
