Order for a bouquet placed on June 15, 2019, scheduled delivery for June 19, 2019...nothing was ever delivered, and I've not ever been contacted by the business other than the initial order confirmation.

Apparently some companies don't understand the concept of running a business: When a customer buys something that you're selling, they expect to either leave your business with the product, or to have it delivered, as is the case of an online flower delivery business. It's a pretty simple and easy-to-understand concept, one which should probably be more thoroughly studied and understood by the people running this business.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $53.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Blooms Today Cons: Never delivered product though charged immediately.

Oh brother...if you guys spent as much time actually running your business as you apparently do responding to complaints, you probably wouldn't have any complaints.
