On May 6th, My Daughter gave birth to our first grandchild. I ordered flowers from Blooms Today with an added service of 4hr delivery. I ordered flowers to be delivered by noon the next day. I had to pay an additional $9.99 on TOP OF the $16.99 for delivery to guarantee the express delivery. The day of; I contacted the florist that they gave the order to. They had NO NOTICE that it was to be delivered BEFORE NOON that day. They were not paid any extra for an express delivery. I had flowers arranged for a friend father's funeral. I was contacted after the service had started to be told that they would be unable to deliver. They did allow me to redirect the order to a home address but it does not make up for missing the funeral. The fact that I was notified after the service had started also Made it impossible to make any other arrangements. Add comment

I ordered an arrangement ($35.00) to be delivered the next day. My card was charged. I did not receive a confirmation email. I am in the West Coast my fiancé is in the East Coast. Complete failure. Ordered flowers for a funeral, paid over $70, and arrangement was never delivered. First got a message that the local florist in Vermont did not have the actual arrangement I ordered and that I needed to select something different. I ordered flowers for my mom on my birthday to be delivered at her work..That went well however after seeing the quality and the upgrade I paid for I was very upset and angry as they came in wrapped in plastic and some of the flowers were almost dead....I could have gone to the local grocery store and bought a fresher and bigger bunch of quality flower for less the price. I ordered flowers from you 2 days before a funeral. I was informed an 1-1/2 hours after the funeral via email that you would not be able to deliver the flowers to that zip code. Not acceptable!!!!! My mom ordered flowers from Blooms Today. She does have an accent, but the customer-service rep didn't indicate any difficulty understanding my mom's words. In any event, the flowers were delivered, but the recipient was puzzled as to who sent them, because Blooms Today had misspelled the giver's name (that is, my mother's).
