On May 6th, My Daughter gave birth to our first grandchild. I ordered flowers from Blooms Today with an added service of 4hr delivery. I ordered flowers to be delivered by noon the next day. I had to pay an additional $9.99 on TOP OF the $16.99 for delivery to guarantee the express delivery. The day of; I contacted the florist that they gave the order to. They had NO NOTICE that it was to be delivered BEFORE NOON that day. They were not paid any extra for an express delivery. I had flowers arranged for a friend father's funeral. I was contacted after the service had started to be told that they would be unable to deliver. They did allow me to redirect the order to a home address but it does not make up for missing the funeral. The fact that I was notified after the service had started also Made it impossible to make any other arrangements. Add comment

Complete failure. Ordered flowers for a funeral, paid over $70, and arrangement was never delivered. First got a message that the local florist in Vermont did not have the actual arrangement I ordered and that I needed to select something different.
