Our shop at work paid 104.00 for funeral flowers for our co-worker who passed away. We were SO EMBARRASSED! They sent 4 carnations a rose and a lily in a glass vase! With a happy message written on it. We were mortified at the service! Our coworker deserved better and so did we. We will never use this LOUSY flower service again! Go to they cared enough to send what you ordered! You should be ashamed of yourself for ripping us off and embarrassing us like that at a funeral!! Crappy should be your name! This is what... After ordering flowers for a funeral today and believing everything was fine at 2 in the afternoon I get a phone call saying they can't deliver the flowers after all !!! Who does that?????? This left me running around trying to find flowers for a visitation at 6. Fortunately I went to Village Gardens a local florist told them what had happened and they made me a bigger lovely arrangement in 10 min !!! I will NEVER order flowers from these people again and I feel sorry for anyone who hits the order flower button on the funeral home web site!!!!... Read more

You need to provide a tracking number for delivery You offer same day delivery and charge an up charge to do so I want to know it was delivered. I called customer support and they offered no resolution And assurance the delivery was done. She asked me to verify with the recipient my response was the delivery is for someone who is in a coma in a hospital so a response maybe tough to get. I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my wife on her birthday October, 21st. The flowers were purchased at 8:45 am. I called shortly after and asked for a status update on the delivery. I was told it would be delivered that day by 5 pm. Wife never called or text mentioning receiving flowers at work, so I called Bloomstoday and they said they were delivered at 1 pm. I ordered an $80 plant for my deceased uncles funeral. It was very small and I was ripped off. Walmart could have done better and for much cheaper. Do not order from Blooms today. Add comment

I ordered Sunday for delivery Monday, which they confirmed both price and delivery day. The intended receiver had an important birthday. On Monday afternoon blooms today called and said sorry, their service was unable to deliver Monday but promised that flowers would be delivered Tuesday. I apologized to our friend and told them about the delayed delivery Tuesday blooms today called again and said they did not have any store that could deliver. On May 6th, My Daughter gave birth to our first grandchild. I ordered flowers from Blooms Today with an added service of 4hr delivery. My wife and I were excited that we could get a delivery that quickly. I ordered the flowers, large teddy bear, and Mylar balloon @ 10:40am which meant that they would be delivered by 3:00pm. I ordered flowers to be delivered by noon the next day. I had to pay an additional $9.99 on TOP OF the $16.99 for delivery to guarantee the express delivery. The day of; I contacted the florist that they gave the order to. They had NO NOTICE that it was to be delivered BEFORE NOON that day. They were not paid any extra for an express delivery.
