I ordered flowers for my mom on my birthday to be delivered at her work..That went well however after seeing the quality and the upgrade I paid for I was very upset and angry as they came in wrapped in plastic and some of the flowers were almost dead....I could have gone to the local grocery store and bought a fresher and bigger bunch of quality flower for less the price. I ordered flowers from you 2 days before a funeral. I was informed an 1-1/2 hours after the funeral via email that you would not be able to deliver the flowers to that zip code. Not acceptable!!!!! My mom ordered flowers from Blooms Today. She does have an accent, but the customer-service rep didn't indicate any difficulty understanding my mom's words. In any event, the flowers were delivered, but the recipient was puzzled as to who sent them, because Blooms Today had misspelled the giver's name (that is, my mother's). My mom lives out of state and was having surgery and since I couldn't afford to fly down and be with her in person I thought sending flowers would be the next best thing. Order was placed in Calif and delivered in Portland. Charged $59.60 and received a small glass vase contains some greenery, 5 baby carnations and 10 daisies with 1 small twig of lavender. Delivery card was blank so I didn't even know where they came from. A rip off for sure! FTD needs to stop this now! Add comment

Taking orders from customers and not fullfilling them is unacceptable. Blooms today operates an online platform which accepts orders, marks them as accepted transactions and then issues order confirmations to your e-mail. However they do not deliver the services that they promise! If I had known that they cannot render the services that they promised I would have used another floral services... Read more
